I have produced many books and publications over my career, usually reports, profiles, programs or prospectuses but this project has been my most rewarding one yet, edging deeper into my niché specialty of illustration.
BRIEF
The Moreton Bay College Old Girls Association were looking for a new way to introduce the new Prep students to the college, giving them some history and an and introduction the rich culture and it's people. In previous years a presentation had been shown on the first day, but MBC OGA were looking to put it into a printed book and include illustrations to help engage with the younger students. The historic photos were to be integrated into the story to bring it life, and add a nostalgic connection for Old Girls of the school as well.
